Hi, this is Prabu.

ABOUT THE GAME:

Lonely Scavenger is a 3D HyperCasual Endless Runner created with Unity, programmed in C#.

As the player, you control a lonely scavenging vehicle traversing an idle planet, scouring it for crystals dropped by falling comets.

Collecting crystals earns you points, and the objective is to continually challenge yourself to surpass your personal high score. ("If you can't beat yourself, you can't beat the world," as someone once said.)

WHAT I'VE DONE:

Managed player movements to ensure smooth control.

Implemented comet spawning and handled collisions, along with spawning crystals upon comet impact.

Created UI animations to enhance the user experience.

Managed the randomness of crystal spawning, gradually decreasing the spawn rate over time.

Simulated gravitational pull to keep the vehicle on the planet's surface and allow it to orbit around it.

Utilized particle effects for visual enhancements.

Employed Shader Graph to achieve cool Fresnel effects and outer glows.

CONCEPTS I'VE MASTERED:

Shader Graph for advanced visual effects.

Simulation of gravitational pull using Rigidbody physics.

UI animation techniques using Lean Tween.

Understanding of material types and shaders with Universal Render Pipeline (URP).

Spherical instantiation for comets to fall onto the planet's surface.
